Harwood Group Practice is looking for a Health Centre Cleaning operative.

Working Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm at Harwood Medical Centre, BL2 3HQ.

Suitable Applicants will be expected to:
- Clean and sanitise designated areas, including toilet facilities, clinical rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Empty clinical and general waste receptacles and replace liners.
- Handle clinical sharp containers
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies in restrooms, clinical rooms & break rooms.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Be familiar with infection control procedures and COSHH
- Close & secure the building (Keys & Training provided)

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment & infection control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Reference from current/previous employment

Salary: From £11.44 per hour (Depending on experience)
